    Pros

summer fridays, no one micro manages you and the company is flexible with giving time off or you using the use of your days.

    Cons

    there no raises or promotions

    Advice to Management

higher within! provide training classes for those who are interested in being promoted within their dept. there seems to be a lot of favoritism within the company and it appears to be about who you know; not what you know. hard to advance and hence why there is a lot of turnover

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Douglas Elliman Real Estate full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I met some great Brokers and Sales Agents who were very supportive and willing to exchange information to help guide a new comer.

    Cons

My hiring manager left, who was a great mention and the one remaining was not good at all, this not only my opinion but for all who seek her help.

    Advice to Management

Assess senior managers better and REALLY see how effective they are by asking the people who need their guidance and support. Should be able to give actionable solutions and not just a negative opinion.
