Very supportive environment with new trainees being brought in and given the time, space and structure to develop without the constant pressure you can get when working with some of the companies competitors.
Team ethos is ingrained in the culture of the business with everybody collaborating on each others projects / tasks.
Good commission structure that rewards consistency.
Strong management team that treats employees fairly and allows everyone the space to work in their own style without being micromanaged.
Unlike other agencies there is NOT a culture of everybody working late and checking e-mails during evenings and weekends, though some do choose to do this work/life balance is very important and this would NEVER be enforced or expected of anyone.
As with any agency in recruitment the work can be frustrating and difficult. Though very rewarding when the effort is put in, you need to be prepared for a hard slog at the beginning and definitely someone who focuses on long-term goals and not a quick win in the short-term.
