I have been working at Dräger full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

They offer good benefits which include insurance, 6 paid holidays, paid time off, and 401k. Office is open Monday-Friday 7a-6p, no weekends.

    Cons

Management lack of leadership and communication. Pay doesn’t even meet average low for similar positions in this area. Lots of turnover so it’s hard to keep up with work because we’re constantly understaffed.

Lots of empty promises and NO advancements.
Upper management shift responsibilities among themselves but has not promoted anyone.

    Advice to Management

Upper management needs to listen more to the boots on the ground and to local and regional managers. Better competitive pay and bonuses.
