I worked at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Can buy discounted drinks at a fair price

    Cons

When you start there, you'll realize that they hired immature drivers that get away with harassing you for tiny mistakes even though they don't do their own routes the right way in the first place. They don't stock their vendors or even gather empty pop racks, so think about how the store managers going to treat you when you have his route for the day. Lots of call ins as well. If you get a route that's open, good luck. Sales guys don't stock the product the day before either. You'll be the new slave in the door. Seniority exists there, its a union as well. And your work schedule is based on a white writing board that comes out Thursdays ruins chances for plans every weekend. Don't forget to look at it either or write up.

    Advice to Management

Do your jobs as supervisors. Hopefully the new company will make some positive changes.
