    I worked at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time (More than 3 years)


    A pitiful paycheck, heaping ton of experience a stepping stone in the industry.


    9-10 hours a day, 6 to 7 days a week every week= no time for family, either sleeping or working or getting ready for work. The pay is not there for the work that expected. Safety is not a primary concern, getting cases out the back door is. Dr pepper snapple group just takes from its salary employees, took away bonus, took away time and a half from its supervisors on the weekends and forces them to work it for straight pay, the hourly employees make more $ than the supervisors. Senior managers are impossible to work with, shoestring budget and expectation of middle management to make it happen.

    Advice to Management

    Pay all supervisors buy the hour, and pay the supervisors what they are worth, upper management at the plant level is grossly overpaid for what little they actually do, and your health care plan sucks for employees, I'm sure you saved alot of $ with that turd you forced down everyones throat!
