I worked at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pay is good if you work straight 40 hours. Hours and stores are decent to deal with. Benefits are good.

    Cons

Lacking Leadership, employees (can't keep people due to flat rate pay), make you feel like a number and not a person.

    Advice to Management

Pay hourly and mileage or you will keep chasing your tail.

I have been working at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Off sat sun. weekly pay.discount on drinks.

    Cons

no pay incentive to pick faster. a lot of overtime. Starting/max pay should be higher

    Advice to Management

the training is more tiring then doing the actual job (TOO MUCH WALKING). people with prior experience should be able to bypass the 2-4 week training.

I worked at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great product and loved working with the customers Benifits Top Notch

    Cons

Pay scale very low compared to what other people working for competitive companies are paid. I as a full-time employee was paid dollars less than a part time person that worked for competitors. Lack of training and a few safety issues also were my concern. The work hours were not consistent. I feel because of employee turnover they are understaffed. The competition attracts the good employees away. Many times I would not know my route until an hour before. Then once I started, they piled on more stops which extend the work day. Poor planning and scheduling. Because of this, it made the job take longer and caused additional physical labor. This is a gateway job to gain employment with a better-paying company if you like merchandising.

    Advice to Management

Better pay scale, better training, intelligent scheduling, I feel there is a lot of room for improvement and areas to make a more profit, improve morale, and improve customer service.
