    Dr Pepper Snapple Group is full of great people who work hard in a tough industry to beat competition and meet customer needs.
    As neither Coke nor Pepsi, they must stay scrappy and customer centric to meet the needs of their customers.
    Flexibility Wins!

    Needs improvement of infrastructure from IT to trucks to equipment.
    Long term vision is often disregarded for short term returns

    Get back to taking care of your employees, they'll take care of you.

    I have been working at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Small branch feel but with a large company to back them up. When they say you can grow with the company they mean it and have examples of people who started a drivers and are now part of leadership.

    Cons

    Frontline roles are hard to fill due to shortage of people who want to work in those roles. Sometimes stresses out frontline employees due to lack of more team members to help carry the load.

    Advice to Management

    Keep asking for feedback from the frontline employees and supervisors. They know what's going on and can give you a good idea of what needs to improve.
