    you get to drive your car around & listen to your choice of music of course, while on the clock.

    Cons

    once you get to the store, you have to work deliveries.

    2 merchandisers to a store.

    Company benefits are great. Definitely opportunities to promote and grown if you are willing to relocate. Corporate has a clear vision and goal for the future of the company.

    Cons

    Department and plant managers need some serious leadership, organizational, and interpersonal training.

    Advice to Management

    Being a leader doesn't mean you just bark orders and can treat people however you want. Start being self-aware and improve or get out.
