I have been working at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Unsupervised work 90% of the time, not mentally challenging, decent workout while working. Most of the other employees are very friendly.

    Cons

Physical strain, management in my location, the turnaround time in my location. The strict enforcement of the rules halfway through my employment.

    Advice to Management

Straighten up merchandiser scheduling, loosen up on the rules, get a better chain of command.

I have been working at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have been with Dr Pepper Snapple Group for a little over a year and so far it is OK.
    Pay is OK
    some routes are OK

    Cons

But there are several problems in the company that I see directly affecting this position.
1- the most talked about, Chinese Overtime... The more you work, the less you get paid.
2- no set time to get off. The time you get off depends on how fast you work. But there many other factors that prevent you from getting off at the time your supposed to. Like late trucks, holidays, massive loads, situations inside the store, etc
3- logistics in the metroplex area suck big time. The schedule a load for a store the the driver has to go across town to deliver another load then come back to deliver a load across the street from the first load
4- since its hard for the company to keep employees, the guys that have been there for a while procrastinate and don't do a good job

    Advice to Management

Raise the pay for the first time in almost 12 years, that would help with turnover rate.
