I worked at DraftKings for less than a year

    Pros

Free lunch Relaxed Environment Sports Environment Fun Job Learn a lot about Betting Growing Business

    Cons

No training No job security Lack of Management Lack of Communication from upper management Tell you in interview it's a M-F (9-5) but once you start you must work every weekend Non-Normal Shifts

    Advice to Management

Fun job and will continue to grow with Sportsbook but just let contract workers know in advance of termination instead of saying you want to retain everyone for months and then suddenly let go on spot. Need better communication and honesty from higher ups overall.

    "Customer Experience Associate"

Former Employee - Customer Experience Associate in Boston, MA

I worked at DraftKings full-time for less than a year

      Pros

Great Environment. Work is not difficult. Although working on Sunday is not ideal, they have RedZone playing.

      Cons

No room for growth. Hours/days of the week to work are not good. Leadership is not always friendly or willing to help the appropriate way. If you make a small mistake there are some people who will care way more than they should.

      Advice to Management

Be willing to help those in positions below you, even if they are in a contract position. Work as a TEAM.

I worked at DraftKings for more than a year

      Pros

Very few, some of my coworkers were very friendly but that's about it

      Cons

Company is growing at a head-turning rate, probably because the entire operation will be illegal within the year and they're trying to rake in as much money as they can in the meantime.

      Advice to Management

      Lawyer up
