I worked at Dragon Media Online full-time

    Pros

Learned some new skills and the type of company I don't want to be a part of in the future. Also, did have some fun people working there.

    Cons

Management lacked a sense of direction. Made broad sweeping changes without bringing in key stakeholders. Top management was very exclusive, definitely didn't feel welcome to share ideas. Also, management was last to arrive and first to leave, setting a poor example. Management gave a great initial impression, but it quickly became clear that they weren't that invested in the company's future.

    Advice to Management

Lead by example. Stop leaving in the middle of the day for "coffee breaks" without including others. Provide better training and empower your employees.
