    Pros

    Tech leadership in market place, Lean management group, international presence, and great staff to work with. Its a great place

    Cons

    Starved of operating capital, was in SEC public company which came with constraints and the telecom industry is currently being commodities thus driving margin out of industry which sniffles growth options and sallaries

    Advice to Management

    I am management so I would advise my self to be more aggressive on product evolution,. Its a tough business
    We have tried too hard to be all things to all people and that comes at a cost. But hindsight is always 20/20

    Pros

    Being the organisation very small the levels and bureaucracy is less.

    Cons

    Being a small company it doesn't have the required breathing space for the employees to rely on the company or make it part of their future plan. They consider it as a place which gives salary this month and a quarter to come.. Nothing more...

    Advice to Management

    Micro management need to come to an end. High performance needs to be evaluated together with whether the heads themselves have the right leadership skills and instill team spirit and belonging in the team. Quite an old sales team with an average age of 45+ kinda...
