    Pros

Company has strong products and likes to experiment with new product lines and sub suppliers. Management open to suggestions and generally supports its people.

    Cons

Salaries are less than great, communication could be better between sales and operations, lots of turn over in some departments. The company does try hard, and the people do the best that they can.

    Advice to Management

Try to roll out fewer projects, and instead create better communication.

    Cons

-Raises are not frequent even if you are a hard working employee.
-A lot of unnecessary cattiness from employees and management.
