    Pros

    None at all, your horrible,

    Cons

They don't stand with there employees and treat them badly, They do not stand employee union. Hiring non union employees. Disturbing Quality of our building down.

    Advice to Management

Quit treating your employees like cattle, the quality of your company is down right dirty and goes to the core of property managers. When speaking to other properties that are managed Draper all your employees hate you.

I have been working at Draper and Kramer full-time

    Pros

D&K is a huge employer in the Chicago market and I feel very lucky to be associated with such a great group of professionals. The company is very supportive of their employees from flexible schedules, tuition assistance and opportunities for us to give participate in volunteer events. We recently took the day off to all work at the Greater Chicago Food Depository.

    Cons

Sometimes managing priorities can be difficult with lots of requests coming in from different parts of the business. It can be difficult to managing these spikes in workload.

    Advice to Management

My Manager is great. But I would also like the opportunity to see the executive team in action more.

I have been working at Draper and Kramer full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I have worked for Draper and Kramer for the past 9 years and I have to say it has been a pleasure working here. I have advanced my career through the years. The company believes from promoting within, ongoing education, giving back to the community, and showing their appreciation through recognition not only at a department level but company wide. The part that attracted me to Draper and Kramer was it is a family owned business. They make you feel like you are part of their family. They empower you to make decisions and stand behind you. They have a strong belief that you can never stop learning and provide opportunities to expand your knowledge.

    Cons

I would have to say one of the cons to working here is they do not do enough company whole events. I would like to see more company events bringing all departments together.

I have been working at Draper and Kramer full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The corporate office is amazing. I've worked there for almost five years now and it was the best decision I've ever made. I encourage anyone to apply - the managment team on the properties are looking for people who want to work hard and grow with the company. In turn, they will treat you very welll!

    Cons

The company is quite large, so it take time to meet everyone - but once you do, they are so friendly and helpful!
