    I worked at Dreamlines full-time

    Pros

Absolutely nothing, this place has a horrible bullying atmosphere. I have seen staff members crying and the amount of people who start and leave is very high. Do not join this company keep looking elsewhere if you have to.

    Cons

Managers are bullies as well as some other colleagues, there is no training given and you are somehow expected to know everything. Wages are very poor for a company that makes as much as they do.

    Advice to Management

Stop the bullying and harassment, Get clued up about how team leads treat their staff.

I worked at Dreamlines for more than 3 years

    Pros

One pro is Schedule is flexible.

    Cons

Toxic work environment: unhealthy pressure and terrorism with employees (sales). Employees are treated as disposable, employee retention rate is low - talented workers are quickly fed up and move on. Messy management, terrible HR. In three years Dreamlines went through 5 CEO and 3 Head of HR, numerous COOs and CFOs. C-Suite/Leadership is in constant change. Continuity and long term focus are not part of their work... schedule.

    Advice to Management

Introduce regular reporting: top managers get along with serious issues that they would not otherwise anywhere else. There is no reporting, no clear roles. Start up status is long gone but mess prevails.

I have been working at Dreamlines full-time

    Pros

i was thinking for a long time but i can't find anything positive

    Cons

first and foremost: toxic work athmosphere. this company hires people and demotes/fires as they like. people are being hired and later fired because management changed their mind about the role. generally it is a rough environment and if you don't play ball you are out. also they don't invest a penny into your workplace. you get the cheapest desk, the cheapest chair, the cheapest computer, the cheapest display and... no phone.

    Advice to Management

invest in your employees and the work environment. the growth targets that dreamlines have can only be reached if the employees go the extra mile. in the current work environment they just won't and this will limit dreamlines ability to grow.

    Dreamlines Response

    July 2, 2019HR

Dear colleague, Thank you very much for taking time to leave a comment. We are sorry to hear that it seems like you don’t find yourself in a comfortable working position. We want that definitely to change! You describe our business as a "rough environment". Indeed, a VC-funded company within the lively and energetic e-commerce that has been growing very fast since its foundation is different to work in than an established company. It is true that adaptability and flexibility are required day by day from everyone. Sometimes we have to be flexible to achieve our ambitious goals which also means that strategic changes are required from time to time. This also included a change in workforce management in the beginning of the year. We tried to be as open and transparent about the communication around it as possible. In case there are still questions open, please reach out to your team lead or to us from HR. You are right that we can only achieve our ambitious goals if our employees go the extra mile. If you have more feedback on where motivation on your side is missing and how we can change that, please get in direct contact with us. In your feedback you also mentioned that we would have so cheap working equipment. Please believe that our height-adjustable tables and ergonomic chairs were not cheapest of the cheapest, but actually quite an invest for a company like ours – an invest in the health of our employees. On top we want our employees’ productivity not to be stopped by technical issues. Therefore everyone has a Dell or apple laptop, two screens and our sales agents have noise cancelling headphones. Normally we do not use phones, but a tool for calling on our laptop. In case you don´t have that, but need one for your daily work, please reach out to your team lead and Phoner Lite will be immediately configured on your computer. Please reach out to me or our VP HR Anne to have a direct and confidential talk on how we can make your work life better! Best regards Your HR team

I have been working at Dreamlines full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Advice to Management
