    Pros

College teaching is a hoot. If you've done it and love it, nothing else needs to be said. Drexel kids are moderately bright, highly driven and often splendidly naive.

    Cons

The collegial atmosphere is poisonous. I've never worked at a place where distrust was so rampant. As the number of underpaid adjuncts increases, the sense of community declines even further.

    Advice to Management

Hire some of your own business and hospitality faculty to advise on how to make Drexel a good place to work

    Pros

Good pay and benefits. The overall culture of Drexel was inviting and welcoming. Had a good amount of activities anyone could get involved with.
