    Pros

    Can't think of any pros

    Cons

Counterintuitive phone app for recording jobs (I've worked in IT for 15 years and the app was designed by idiots)

DS has 100 reps under her so she can't be bothered to do any training or reply to messages. I called and no answer so I text and ask 3 questions and 30 minutes later she replies to 1 of the 3 and then disappears again. When confronted she claims she's too busy.

Unrealistic expectations with the amount of time they estimate for a job.

I'm fighting with them and will have to call the labor board because they haven't paid me for the one job I did do for them before I realized they don't value employees at all and quit.

DS barely replies to any messages but she sent me plenty of junk mail.

    Advice to Management

How are you even still in business?

I worked at Driveline Retail Merchandising full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Previous manager employees and under work well together

    Cons

Low Pay, for the amount of territory you manage. Over works you and always has high expectations with no benefits. Doesn't follow the labor law and this company has been sued several times. No proper training. I've seen numerous times upper management fire people, without proper guidelines and respect. They play favoritism. Company doesn't care about the people that matters the most, their merchandisers.

    Advice to Management

CEO & BOD need to get their act together and start respecting the people that work for them.

I worked at Driveline Retail Merchandising part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    There is not much anymore

    Cons

It was great for single parents with children or a second job. But over the years with restrictions on what days you can work the flexibility became ridged. DM's became clueless and/or overworked. Poorly written instructions. Unable, for some odd reason, to fire zero or counter-productive employees.

    Advice to Management

Take a very long look at the way you allowed your DM's and Master Merchandisers to work 6 years ago versus today and implement changes to allow that even with the expansion/growth in business. Empower the DM's and more experienced Master Merchandisers instead of handcuffing them.

    Pros

    ft job salaried med ben

    Cons

will work you 100 hrs wk, must be available on vacation or written up, must be available on week end not just a 40 hr wk position - over lap very large projects over and over - upper management will run you into the earth and not care - they say they will help you and then use it against you that you could not keep up when a project comes up in the middle of all the other projects

I worked at Driveline Retail Merchandising full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

They provide equipment, and car allowance. Very low travel reimbursement

    Cons

They expect you to cover too much territory, and provide little to no support for hiring. No pay raises unless your a favorite. Pay is 60% to 70% of a regular district manager but you are watching 10 times more area and 10 times more people. All the responsibility and no authority. Everything is controlled by corporate.

    Advice to Management

    They wont listen.
