I worked at Driveline Retail Merchandising part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Easy to move projects, jobs are simple and easy once you get the hang of it. You can take snack and cigarette breaks in between stores. Project availability fluctuates but not too much.

    Cons

Walmart vendor log in can sometimes be a pain, and sometimes it can be hard to find managers to sign off at walmart. Not many cons, it's a good part time job.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up! My manager is supportive and easy to talk to, thank you Stefanie!

    Pros

I have been working at Driveline for 3 years now. It is part time, no benefits, but the company provides all the information, instructions- including pictures, etc, that is needed to complete the project. There are no questions about what to do or where to start, especially if you have worked in merchandising or retail in the past. I also assisted in training new hires and tried to teach them the tips and tricks that I used to complete the assigned projects under the time allotted. I love the Monday through Friday, and only worked weekends if my District Manager needed help and I wanted to.

    Cons

Only read down sides are no benefits and it's only part time. They only offer 10 hours a week, some weeks are more if they have a lot going on, most weeks are between 10-20 hours a week.

    Advice to Management

Promote your good and dedicated workers faster.

Making my own hours is convenient. Both the district manager and regional manager are always available to help. They stand behind their team of employees.

    Cons

At times the hours available drop to a minimum.

    Advice to Management

    Continue the great support system!

I have been working at Driveline Retail Merchandising part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

My DM is awesome, she is always willing to work with me when I need help or schedule changes. I love my job and the flexibility.

    Cons

Pay is way too low compared to other merchandising companies. Hours during the holidays are virtually non-existent. But if you do your job and report on time, you can get all the hours you want (just not around holidays).

    Advice to Management

More time to do big jobs, regular increases in salary when your employees are doing a great job.
