I have been working at Dropbox full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Dropbox has been nothing short of incredible thus far. Between the people, the vision, and the perks, I honestly couldn't imagine working anywhere else right now.

    Cons

In the beginning, it's very much like diving into the deep end without knowing how to swim and learning on the way.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. You've got it figured it out.

    Cons

    - everyone's very high-achieving and so the demands and expectations are very high, which is not really a bad thing.. - there's a real need to add more bodies to the organization especially given the pace of growth; on many teams it often feels like too few people trying to do a lot which can be somewhat overwhelming on occasion

I have been working at Dropbox for more than a year

      Pros

Great location, great food and great team. Dropbox is growing and with it comes opportunities. It's a friendly environment with people from all over the world which makes it a great place to work.

      Cons

Dropbox is still figuring out processes and if you're looking for things to be set in stone this is not the place for you.

      Advice to Management

Continue building on the great values the company was founded on and everything will go great. But if the "cupcake" is lost so will many great team members be.
