I worked at Drum Associates full-time

    Pros

A paycheck. . . .that's it! This is just a place to work ,while you are looking for a real place to work.

    Cons

Absolutely, no room for growth, lack of diversity and a company full of FAVORITISM. Dull working environment, work load does not offer a challenge and an overall slow and painful death.

    Advice to Management

Engage with ALL of your employees. Promote equality and as an incentive it will improve employee morale, thus, serving as motivation to place your best foot forward.

    Pros

-The ability to come and go as you please.. That's about it in terms of Pro's...

    Cons

They pay you a "Year End" bonus which is a joke.. You will get paid a low base salary, and a % of what they deem is based on your revenue brought in. NOT actually what should be paid out to you.
Everything is run of favoritism. ..If you want to be treated with respect and fairness, this is NOT the place to work. This Father Daughter team is run by the friends of the Daughter, and there is absolutely no room for growth.
I would not recommend them for job seekers, nor if you wanted to work there yourself.

    Advice to Management

Get a clue in how to treat people.

    Pros

No pros. Horrible staffing firm. Old school mentality.

    Cons

I lost my time while interviewing for one of the positions there. If you're a candidate, try to avoid this place. They make you waste time and their clients are bad.
