    Great training and good operational procedures

    Cons

    low pay with long hours even for the hote industry Unrealistic expectations are set by regional managers Better workplace for line level employees rather than managers Too much over watch from corporate members

    Pros

    It's a job that will pay you for your hard work. Plenty of opportunity for advancement if you want it and show interest. Pays well compared to similar positions. Great management team that cares about their employees. Very team oriented atmosphere.

    Cons

    The work is sometimes challenging, lots of turnover, and long hours. Lots of turnover makes the job a lot more difficult then it has to be and causes unhappy workers who are overworked.

    Pros

    They believe in taking care of their people! A lot of long term employees! Service is the root of everything they do.

    Cons

    Long hours. The majority of the hotels are dated (even the new ones). Too many specific procedures.

    Good work environment. Focused on the team. Solid company with good benefits and opportunities for promotion within. Managers across the board are friendly and supportive.

    Long hours. Some bias with upper mangement.
