Work life balance, employee owned so most employees care about work and performance. some real talented analysts and managers.

Cons

Upper Management's lack of business plan and approach to growing the company, which they hide under the guise of "slow and steady growth" The sales people or DNA's are virtually useless having little or no technical knowledge in what they are selling. lack of advancement for lower level employees due to lack of sizeable growth on all levels. Managers don't get promoted and so sr. analysts don't either and so on, this leads to turnover on the analyst level.

Pros

Employee Owned (profits are redistributed to EMPLOYEES), Great culture, growth opportunities.

Cons

Deadlines can be challenging at times but at least you know the exact dates so you can plan accordingly.

Pros

Employee owned with a decent retirement plan. Good company benefits and a decent vacation time allowed. Open door policy with management. If you're a client, you're with the most dedicated tax consulting team on the planet.

Cons

In my case I feel I wasn't well trained by others in the same position when I started and ended up fending for myself.
