Any current Andersen employees have an update on how the trial period of the hybrid model went and what they have officially established now? Worked there until July and would love to come back eventually if they were more flexible than required number of days in the office.

Work life balance, employee owned so most employees care about work and performance. some real talented analysts and managers.
Upper Management's lack of business plan and approach to growing the company, which they hide under the guise of "slow and steady growth" The sales people or DNA's are virtually useless having little or no technical knowledge in what they are selling. lack of advancement for lower level employees due to lack of sizeable growth on all levels. Managers don't get promoted and so sr. analysts don't either and so on, this leads to turnover on the analyst level.Continue reading

Employee owned with a decent retirement plan. Good company benefits and a decent vacation time allowed. Open door policy with management. If you're a client, you're with the most dedicated tax consulting team on the planet.
