    I worked at DuPage Medical Group for more than a year

    Pros

    A few of the coworkers were great, but many of them were quite unfriendly

    Cons

    Management was crazy. They expected us to be working every minute we were on the job. After i left the job, i heard my manager even got fired.

    I worked at DuPage Medical Group full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

    Working from home, that’s it!

    Cons

    Unprofessional , Bogus, not clean

    Advice to Management

    Worst job! Only perk is working from home which took longer than promised to happen. Training for customer service / billing is about 2 months, inadequate training was provided. The team lead and supervisor is not helpful once your on your own especially working from home!!! There’s no morale. Management doesn’t have personal skills. I put my 2 weeks notice in via email and didn’t receive an email back from the supervisor...

    I have been working at DuPage Medical Group for more than a year

    Pros

    It's a paying job..low pay but it's pay

    Cons

    Run the other way!!! Micromanaging leads and supervisors. They don't know how to train. The pay AND the annual pay increases are little to nothing. Messy coworkers. They slave u like robots for a buck! All about quantity not quantity.

    Advice to Management

    Management should be of knowledge and not just as lost as a new hire
