I have been working at DuPage Medical Group full-time for less than a year

        Pros

Flexibility & Freedom: My boss is not breathing down my neck and constantly checking up on me, which I appreciate. I feel trusted to complete my job successfully without supervision. Also, I view the hours as a pro, though many may not agree with me. This department offers evening and weekend availability to patients, but I am always expected to work exactly 40 hours. Cons

This company is large and expanding quickly. There is a seemingly endless need to hire new support staff.
