    Approves of CEO

I have been working at DuPage Medical Group full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

Flexible Hours, Good PTO, Variety of locations, provides some continuing education

    Cons

Not much room for advancement. Some co-workers feel entitled to more and not adapting to culture change due to the many changes in healthcare out in the world.

    Advice to Management

Continue to show employees the reasons for change, such as Medicare mandates, HIPAA and HITECH changes.

I have been working at DuPage Medical Group for more than 2 years

    Pros

Benefits are probably better than average

    Cons

Every area is short staffed to the point of collapsing

    Advice to Management

Hire more quality staff. It will be much more effective than constant turnover , retraining and poorly trained staff.

    "Everyone's jumping ship"

I have been working at DuPage Medical Group full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

The physicians are top notch and most are really dedicated to their patients. Employees who are dedicated enough to stay should be rewarded.

    Cons

Penny pinching to the max and being short staffed makes it virtually impossible to give these great doctors everything they need to do a good job. Staff is told that it's all about the patient experience, when in reality it's all about the bottom line. Their motto should be "How Much Can We Get From You"

    Advice to Management

Stop thinking that you can continue piling on more and more to staff that is already overworked and underpaid. You are driving loyal employees to jump ship! Don't be so hypocritical, saying that the most important thing is the patient experience and then doing things that make wait times longer and face time with doctors shorter. Patients deserve better than this.
