    Cons

The worst manger that we have worked for in our lifetime. Doesn’t have a clue on how to Manage! I won’t be referring any one to DMG because of this!

    Advice to Management

Get rid of toxic people and DMG will be great place to work.

    Pros

I’ve worked for DMG 7 years and it’s been a great experience. I have an amazing manager who notices and acknowledges her teams efforts on providing excellent care for their patients. She will reward hard work and promotes employees from within the company. The staff aren’t just coworkers they are family.

    Cons

    Honestly can’t think of any!

    Advice to Management

Continue to listen to your staff and continue striving to make us the best of the best.

    Pros

Free lunch, warm bodies as employees

    Cons

DMG admin let go one of the best DON we had at the ASC. She was there for 13.5 years. Grew the center from scratch . Now we are against our credentialing party AAAHC and CMS for not having a Director. We h as d one fo eff 7 months and the administrator of DMG fired her. There is no leadership there, the place is up for it trouple.

I have been working at DuPage Medical Group full-time

    Pros

I like my job duties, co-workers and patients. There are some excellent doctors and employees in the clinics that truly care about people.

    Cons

DMG only sees employees and patients as numbers. They are all about the metrics which are flawed. However, they don't account for that. They underpay the employees and understaff the offices. Excellent employees with years of experience and knowledge are treated poorly. Employees are fired for doing a good job. DMG would rather hire...

    Advice to Management

Pay employees more and value the ones that do a good job. Don't get rid of them for someone less expensive.

I have been working at DuPage Medical Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Coworkers keep me here

    Cons

If you think you deserve any semblance of respect, do not even give this company a chance. I read all of these reviews and thought that because I held a salaried and more respected title that I might not face the same issues as everyone else on this site. I couldn't have been more wrong. Trust me, these reviews are so accurate that I am convinced that the good ones are planted. From front desk staff to the physicians,...

I worked at DuPage Medical Group full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Coworkers-MAs Nurses receptionists and some of the doctors are pretty amazing people. Some of the doctors have had the money carrot dangled in front of them so now they've gone to the dark side.

    Cons

Dumping massive amounts of work on one person. Work is driven by MD metrics numbers. All of these metrics are achieved by staff working countless hours to make the docs look good on paper, when in fact we should be caring for our patients. Share holders received a massive bonus (shhhh, that's a secret) and not a damn thing trickled down to the staff that got them there, and snide remarks made about staff overheard...

    Advice to Management

Greed drives this company, it is known by your staff and they're sick of it and they no longer care about your metrics. The CEO struts around on the stage at the mandatory all staff meetings, lying through his teeth about how things are going great, and how much the company values its employees. Things are going great for him, things are going great for those on the board, management is living high off the hog, CEOs...

I have been working at DuPage Medical Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I like my job I don't love it but I like it . If you are just looking for a job here is everything you should know. Yes, it offers okay benefits but understand you are also signing up for stress and frustration. Benefits- 401-k, BCBS health care, vision, Delta dental, life insurance, PTO, sick time, std, ltd etc. *medical is still very expensive!* -Some positions are work from home now. -most doctors are great some...

Alright everyone pour your self a glass of wine! Pay: Medical assistants- $14.00 -14.50 an hour start pay with a raise annually of .10-.17 cents. Yeah that's right. Certified medical assistants -$15 an hour. Many employees are actually capped already will never make a penny more. Which to me is petty and kills motivation completely. Especially when the "raises" are comical. DMG...

    Advice to Management

Last year Mike Kasper the CEO used Price and water? To send it surveys to all employees. Basically a third party to give back real feedback to management. FINALLY some of us thought! Real change... then held mandatory meetings for all employees. He talked about himself and nonsense and guess what NO Changes. DMG has SO much potential and zero hope. *Also on behalf of almost everyone at DMG Mike Kasper PLEASE stop posting...

I have been working at DuPage Medical Group full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Coworkers keep most of us at DMG . Some physicians are really great, some supervisors and managers easy to work with.

    Cons

Executives concern is on how the company looks on paper fiscally. Quotas on hiring even though every Dept is short staffed. They say patient care and satisfaction is priority but they don't give us enough staff and leeway to make that true. Upper management has no clue what it is like to actually work in an office. Pay is dismal and don't even ask about raises-while physicians and upper management get incredible bonuses...

    Advice to Management

Give the staff the tools and coworkers they need to properly and safely care for patients. Pay staff a decent wage. Share a little bit of the wealth bc as Mike Kasper says "it starts with the employees at the front desk and in the offices and behind the scenes in payroll and shared services."
