    Pros

    The Atmosphere, cowkers and the type of work are what seems to provide the best satisifaction results.

    Good place to begin career.

    Cons

    Career opportuniteis are what you make of them, you'll need to keep current, look at training options and continue self-development.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to provide opportunities and options that fit your employees and provide the best customer service. Keep in mind employees are responsible for delivery of Customer service.

    Good company..alot of flexibility with schedule and good benefits. Great place to start your career. upward movement is slow at first

    alot of hours for the pay

    Benefits are great! You can get pension when you retire at age 58!

    Micro management, office politics, too many managers and too many directions

    Good benefits, compensation. On ste gym, good restaurant, relaxed atmosphere and great people

    too many processes, lack of standardization between business. Low morale due to global re-organization
