I have been working at DuPont Pioneer full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

People and Flexibility and Research and Adaptable and Development and Personal Growth and Performance and Culture and Safety and Greenhouses and Soybeans

    Cons

Management and Company mergers and Research. You must remain on your toes and rely on co-workers rather than management because it's best to be self motivated that rely on management.

    Advice to Management

Immediate management was not receptive to getting a handle on day to day and instead relied on delegating out responsibilities and staying in meetings seven out of eight hours. This means that the company saved money by getting lower paid workers to do more without compensation, for example job title increase.

    Pros

Working with nice people and was not paid so bad.

Schedule is not very tight and the project given is not challenging but still gave me a feeling of accomplishment.

    Cons

The budget is not enough to provide a full time position.

    Advice to Management

Hope he can get more fund to hire a person in the lab in the future
