    Diverse group of coworkers, each coming with unique skillsets and perspectives. Wide array of projects to be exposed to. Located in one of the most multicultural cities in the world.

    -you are a small fish in a big pond, very hard to get recognized no matter how great you are.
    -Complex procedure and approval hierarchy makes it hard to get easy things done.
    -being a semi-goverment don't give freedom to do things as if private organization, there are things that you just can not do.
