The only thing that is consistent is change

    Pros

Great employees to work with, benefits and pay

    Cons

Top and middle management heavy. Too many chiefs. Restructure or reorganization every two years like clock work. Definitely keeps people on edge & not good for morale. Also hire a lot of "contingent" (temp) employees and spend a lot of time, money and resources training them on proprietary systems, SOPs, etc., but also considers them disposable or 2nd class. A poor use of capital resources! These people can't even apply for internal positions until they hit the public sector. They are biting their nose off despite their face.
