benefits, opportuniy for advancement if you have a supportive manager

    Cons

Worked out regisination and was entered as termination,(be sure to check you employment file) micromangement, favortisim among employees, getting close to retirement will look for reasons to terminate employees. Cons

The "Good Old Boy Network" still exists.

    Advice to Management

When involved in new projects and procedures before implementation the operational, hands on employee(s) SHOULD BE INCLUDED FROM THE VERY BEGINNING to get transitions easier and smoother instead of when the project is done. Projects COULD be done on timely basis IF PEOPLE WOULD LEARN TO COMMUNICATE TO THE EMPLOYEES WORKING THE OPERATIONS!
