I started during a time of transition which caused a lot of frustration on my end. Since then my dept at Duke has improved a lot of the processes. -Recently improved compensation for the roles most people recruit for - Outside the box thinking, no longer doing things the "duke" way no matter what -Work life balance is very good. Good covid/remote response -Great benefits including a really awesome 401k match -A team that really cares

- Still some outdated processes hanging around - Working for a large org can be tough(not duke specific) - Many times you are more of a jack of all trades HR person rather than recruiter
