    Excellent research, dedicated scientists, responsible and hardworking colleagues

    Cons

    Top leadership that is power hungry, unethical, two-faced, liars, and generally bad dudes. Want to build their empire and a name for themselves rather than collaborate and mentor.

    Listen to your people. Value them. Respect them.
