Risk to life and career
Aug 16, 2022 - Software Quality Assurance Engineer in HyderābādRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The Dun & Bradstreet is Cloud based data company
Cons
Please don't join this company. It is a risk to life and career. Don't fall prey to HR gimmicks and fake feedbacks posted. No transparently and No open commication and at least team members fears to express their views in Project Retrospectives meetings, All hands meeting, Survey sent by HR (I thought of anonymous but a constructively shared feedback given, it back fires) Someone has rightly said, No motivation, in fact long hours to work and they call on weekends WhatsApp and call saying urgent to work and you have to work, every 2 hrs they call to see whether you are working or not. Don't not trust you are working and insists all team members open video. I attended couple of times extended leadership meeting, I found to be really a kind of joke, no meeting etiquette followed who does not joins the meeting or joins lately to the meeting, then insists every one on video, openly says people are working or not there, Threatening and Harrasement is at peak...In one of US meeting, unfortunately I got to attend, in that meeting if Google Cloud migration project is not completed them you will be fired.. also further says I am already prepared to apply for next job...omg. This evident to others D&B leaders (30+ leaders experience in D&B are evident) who are in meeting ..one of leaders said to if project X is not successful then you will fired , and project Y is not successful then You will fired so which is threatening..then discussion topic changed, that he switch topic to project and it goes micro management and architect questions him, do need to discuss all in this meeting? Already project id running Red Dark but sharing the status Yellow...As I can't work in threatening work environment and decide to quit but sorry state people are joining in toxic work environment so help I am saying not to join with without reading Glassdoor review about the start-up wrost company though it claimstobe started 1865 ...but I came to know during the interview in another conpany they told me that The Dun and Bradstreet Technologies in Hyderabad is an LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) Not even an Private Limited, you should be shame to know that you have registered LLP company of only 1 lakh authorized capital and its a start-up, same company
