I have been working at Dun & Bradstreet full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Over the years, I've had incompetent managers, but since Bob Carrigan joined D&B, the leadership has been much improved. Have no doubt, the expectations are high, but they're reasonable.

    Cons

Pay is based largely on title, and not on experience or the value you bring to the organization, production output or efforts to improve the business.

    Advice to Management

Please don't assume that each person with the same title contributes the same. Experience has a value and should be compensated accordingly. Don't try to be neutural on everything.
