    Pros

Good work/life balance and product development people.

    Cons

No accountability and long term people need to be moved out. Too many 101% people and leaders.

    Pros

DnB has so much to offer for the employee. They keep us engaged by informing all the activities that happen around. They are inclusive, listen and acknowledge your efforts. These are the simple things that any employee looks for. They do not hesitate to pay you right when you're worth it! The communications are transparent - you can reach out to anyone when in need and you will get the right help! Glad to be a part of this amazing team that I'm in. Their effort to ensure you have work life balance is admirable!

    Cons

I need to experience some more time with this organization to give an effective feedback.

    Great company that values employees

    Pros

Dun & Bradstreet has a great culture in my opinion. Management cares about your personal career goals and wants to help you reach them. The company also cares about internal promotions/advancement. It is a very autonomous work environment, but there is a sea of support whenever you need it. I am a remote employee who started mid pandemic, and my onboarding experience was nothing short of amazing. The company and management values work life balance and at D&B you are really not just a number. I feel very valued in my role and that there is a lot of room for growth here.

    Cons

Vacation days do not roll over

    Pros

High caliber people... slightly aggresive management. That makes a good opportunity to learn and grow.

    Cons

Work life balance was not as good at that time... do not know how it is now.... hopefully better :)

I love my job with D&B

    Pros

I really enjoying working closely with so many different functions. People work together well and everyone I have come across is supportive, open, and there is clearly appetite to continuously improve and make positive change. I love being a part of that change and contributing to achieving the business' aspirations. The work-life balance is great; I am trusted to manage my own time with my commitments outside of work.

    Cons

The Marlow office could do with a refresh but it's nice enough.

Great people but too many managers

Mar 3, 2014 - Software Developer in Dublin, Dublin

    Business Outlook

    Pros

D&B had one of best work life balances which I have experienced in my career :) They realise that not everything is good and seem to be trying to make them better Some great people are employed, in ability and also just nice people

    Cons

Many managers. I was once reporting the same item to two PMs, a team/scrum lead, and also a program manager. This gives a sense of management perhaps being disorganised, and so project priority shifts and changes all of the time. Dealing with old/obsolete technology.

Not willing to invest in people Maybe it's been around too long; Still using some old, out-dated technology and database which is hard to integrate with new ones and that causes lots of issue

    Dun & Bradstreet Response

    Global Head Of Talent

I appreciate your feedback and was encouraged by your positive comments about our relaxed working environment and solid reputation. On the other hand, I am sorry you feel that we are not willing to invest in our people. Our People Team’s vision is to ‘enrich the lives of our colleagues’ which is why we’ve recently implemented so many programs to do just that. For example, we’ve built out a global Learning & Development function to make sure our people are always growing their skills, and launched our ‘Sustainable High Performance’ program which offers resources to our employees to support their personal growth. We’re also always evaluating where to make investments to further our organizational growth. Making these choices however, is never easy and can unfortunately, take more time than we would like. If you’d like to share more feedback, and also learn more about our plans for the future, please don’t hesitate to connect via PeopleFeedback@dnb.com
