    Pros

I had a contract that they breached by not paying me my quarterly bonuses. I could've reported them and sued, but I just wanted to be done with them and never look back.

    Cons

It was like working in a Women's Prison. You were not allowed to talk, If you had a question for a coworker, you had to email them and all emails were monitored.
There aren't any men that work in the Accounting or Dispatch departments. Women are paid less it saves the company money.

    Advice to Management

Start over. If you are going to hire a Controller at least make sure she knows something about the company. She asked me what a chassis was after she had been working there a year. It's a Truck Line!!! We invoiced for chassis rental/usage,

I have been working at Dunavant Enterprises full-time

    Pros

None at the moment....keep looking for a better job. They have no work at this terminal.

    Cons

The Charlotte terminal is unorganized!! They are crooked and liars. Do not work for them because they have no work. There is no drop and hook... There is no freight. Don't waste your time!!

    Advice to Management

    Pay your driver's more!

I worked at Dunavant Enterprises full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Dunavant Enterprises is a family-run company, which has its positives. It did not have as definite a structure as a larger company, but somethings could fall through the cracks.

    Cons

Can be demanding, its difficult for a work life balance, longer hours. Many people were very ingrained in the company, outside advice and viewpoints were not necessarily sought out.
