I worked at Dunder Mifflin full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    I don't know, I mean... I wouldn't say I have a passion for HR.

    Cons

    Management. Especially my boss.

    And casual Fridays.

    Advice to Management

    I've got some ideas....let's see...
    I guess everything's okay.

I worked at Dunder Mifflin (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The office culture is great. Everyone loves Dwight even though he's a little grumpy. I was the CEO and made a lot of great decisions.

    Cons

Scranton PA is possibly one of the worst places to live. The night life consists of luke warm Bud Light, a shoddy Netflix connection and some skanky hookers from Wilkes-Barre.

    Advice to Management

I have no advice for myself. I was a tremendous manager whom everyone loved. I was fired, which was actually great because my golden parachute paid for a condo in Fort Lauderdale.

I have been working at Dunder Mifflin full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Dunder Mifflin offers a good healthcare plan, along with a reasonably sensible pension and 2 weeks paid vacation. The employees are agreeable and helpful.

    Cons

Occasionally, the boss may be rather off task, and bothersome. Some systems that require updating take longer than they should.

    Advice to Management

Perhaps, update things more frequently, chairs, software, copiers etc. Staff should be slightly more on task, but other than that, a good place to work.
