    I worked at Dunkin' Brands part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The co-workers were kind and almost all of us kind of watched each other's backs.

    Cons

    My schedule was all over the place. I never had a set schedule. Sometimes I would work five or six days of the week, and then others I would only get around one or two.

    Advice to Management

    Pay better attention to your crew. Take into consideration the things that they may be dealing with outside of work.

    Pros

    If your young and can handle long workload then this is a good start for you. Opportunity for people with low management experience.

    Cons

    Long days, hard to keep employees, having to work like an employee during the rush instead of building and solidifying guest experience.

    Be in with upper management

    great to worok from home and not be chained to a desk

    VERY corporate. High Turnover and lots of politics

    Listen to the Field Teams and the Franchisees. They are the ones in the trenches every day

    I worked at Dunkin' Brands (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Great benefits and compensation package. Good perks (non pun intended). Liked the people. I was allowed the opportunity to be able the lead and develop others to grow

    Cons

    Very poor work life balance and support structure. Franchisor only...cannot operate. Not in the business of operating. Systems and applications are contradictory at times.

    Advice to Management

    No advice to the management team at this time. See the pros and cons above and derive advise from those two fields.

    Pros

    Great balance and flexibility. Good benefits and excellent team of talented and seasoned professionals. If you are looking for a work force that embraces and supports their own-this is it.

    Cons

    Executive leadership is unfortunately killing the golden goose. The wonderful Franchisees will stick it out none the less. Soon the pendulum will swing and balance will return but it will be rocky in regards to opportunities to move up until that happens.

    Listen to your talented team... they know of what they speak!
