I have been working at Dunkin' Donuts full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The customers, you get to know your every day people, it allows them to feel noticed when you're able to see them and already know their coffee order. Its really my favorite part of my job. The crew is fun and the environment is very positive. Half off food and coolatas, free coffee and tea all day. Free donut and muffin during shifts.

    Cons

Promises of shift lead promotion that never happened, I love my job too much to leave though. Can be stressful because people can be picky about their coffee.rules are strict. After all it IS food service. 60 day probation period basically means the first two months there they are allowed to terminate employment for any reason seeming fit.

    Advice to Management

To Managment, please keep your crew members thoughts in mind. Their opinions matter. They see and talk to your customers every day, if anyone knows what the store may be lacking in, its the crew members and shift leads.

I have been working at Dunkin' Donuts full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The hours are flexible. I personally enjoy the social aspect of the job as do many others.

    Cons

All employees are underpaid and under appreciated.

    Advice to Management

Realize who your best workers are and reward them. As it stands, the worst employees and best are treated the same.

I worked at Dunkin' Donuts full-time

    Pros

Co-workers were great, Management was very flexible with my school schedule, Great first job or a second one if you're looking for multiple (a lot of my co-workers worked here as a second job).

    Cons

Rude guests, I worked in a very busy downtown business/university/tourist district so I had to interact with a lot of very different people. Regulars are great, and the average person is pleasant, but when serving a high volume of people it can be pretty discouraging (and difficult to remain perky/cheery) when an hour goes by and you haven't had a single positive interaction. Keep your chin up.

I worked at Dunkin' Donuts full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Working with other crew members can be really rewarding if they are good people and workers. Dunks provides a working environment that heavily relies on teamwork, which is one of the greatest skills I took away from my three years there. My favorite part about working at Dunks was the regulars. I met so many amazing people. ALSO free coffee is always a perk.

    Cons

For first shift, the job is insanely fast paced - so you WILL be exhausted.
Customers can be extremely rude and unsympathetic.
