I worked at Dunkin' Donuts part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There were some great customers who were very friendly. Some fellow coworkers are fun and have a great attitude.

    Cons

Not a very team-oriented place to work. Some people were stuck doing the majority of the work while others barely contributed. When I told the managers and even owners about this problem, they said that they will deal with it and make some changes. However, these promises were never kept and changes about this issue never happened.

    Pros

Flexible schedule, not difficult, lots of interaction with customers, great coworkers

    Cons

Very low pay, poor management, frequently changing staff

Many problems in my store would be resolved if there was a competent and experienced manager that didn’t drink beer behind the dumpster every day and bring his personal problems into work.
