I have been working at Dunnhumby full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Opportunities are there if you work for them. This company really cares about their people and they make a point to reward individuals and the entire company for good work. They have a great culture and good people and the company makes time for social and volunteer opportunities because they are focused on being a great employer and a good community leader. Promotions and salaries are truly tied to meritocracy, which is refreshing.

    Cons

You can have a good work life balance here, but you have to make it a focus.

    Advice to Management

there are times when the push to sell is a bit too much.

I have been working at Dunnhumby full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I have been working for over 10 years now in the business world and this company is the best I've ever experienced! They reward you for working hard and we celebrate our successes - fun events such as going to the race track during work, having Opening day events at work, random fun surprise events, beer on site, Cinco de Mayo, Christmas, Thanksgiving celebrations. It is a real family environment too- work life balance is encouraged and we have a lot of fun events for kids at work such as an Easter party, Christmas party with Santa, etc. The executive leadership team is very friendly and down to earth- you actually get to know everyone really well no matter what level you are. The Cincinnati office is amazing because there are only about 70 people but that helps us all become close. We have Friday office lunches- sometimes we pack our own, sometimes it's catered, but we come together and learn about each other. We have access to a gym too in our new building off the Rookwood exit. Good salary and bonus. We also have an open work environment where no one has an office- even the top execs which is nice.

    Cons

My only con is my commute

    I worked at Dunnhumby full-time

    Pros

Fantastic culture of curiosity and pushing clients to be better based on customer data. Values people. Awarded best places to work for many years in a row.

    Cons

When Kroger bought most of the US business (84.51), very little was left to the company. They essentially have to start from scratch and build an new client portfolio.

    Advice to Management

Don't live in the past - make your future. This will be a critical strategic shift for them. They need to reinvent Customer 1st again.

    Cons

There was really nothing negative to say here. I would work for them again in a heartbeat.
