    Pros

    Great place to work. Good pay and benefits. People are friendly and helpful Lots of areas of opportunity for the right person. Try to promote from within.

    Cons

    Occasional unfriendly, frustrated customers try to ruin your day or mood.Lots of overtime in summer.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing. We will get to the number one utility company in Pennsylvania soon. Starting with great reviews from employees.

    Cons

    Unorganized, Lacking professionalism,Constant rescheduling,Overly controlling, Management is very harassing and manipulative.

    Advice to Management

    Learn to bend with the needs of employees. Avoid referring to union book for ways to manipulate employees. Recognize we are needed as much as you.

    The salary and the movement through the company is great. The coworkers are great and friendly

    Cons

    Depending on what department it can be a bit of a hassle management can be your best friend or your worst nightmare. Also if you work the customer service department be prepared to stay long nights during storm season.
