Poor Management - No Real Opportunity to Make Money
Jun 20, 2022 - Sales Representative in Newark, NJRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Flexible Schedule, not much else.
Cons
There are plenty, I would avoid unless you're in a serious bind for a job and need something to hold you over. This is not the career sales job you are looking for!!!!!
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★

Absolutely everything else, pay, “bonus opportunity “ management
- Current Employee, more than 10 years★★★★★

Fast pace of growth can be difficult to manage.

You should have a lot of previous experience with the equipment being sold

Great income potential Great flexibility kind of Benefits Incentive trips It is a great opportunity for the right person who has the knowledge and ability to task through everything that is put on your plate but you will soon find the flexible schedule isn't that flexible when it comes to trying to produce real numbers/sales.
Cons
literally some of the worse sales training i've ever seen lack of overall support for the sales staff in general in the sales role you will do a lot more then just sell. You're basically a project manager, sales person, service coordinator, delivery coordinator, installation inspector, honestly you just do everything with no inside sales support, propper training on product or sales tactics for the business.

Fun people to work with, but the environment needs to change
Sep 9, 2021 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The people are the reason I come into work. Everyone has a great personality and are super fun to speak with. They have endless supply of stories and I feel part of a family at DuraServ.
Cons
We have to pay for snacks in the breakroom. The costs add up, and with all the hard work we do, I would love if they were complimentary. I wish our office had more life to it. Glass windows and grey floors could use more decorations. Our benefits package could be better. I would love to see a gym membership, mental health days, and monthly team building days.

Pros
Benefits are comparable if not better than most in the industry. Work hours are flexible and management is open to hear suggestion/feedback in business process within the dept.
Cons
Nothing negative to comment at this time...
