I have been working at Dwellworks full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The people that work here are wonderful and everyone truly cares about the work they do.
The leaders are always pushing to make the company better and they truly listen to the ideas of all employees.
The global locations bring additional opportunities to learn about business in different countries.
The company values respectful collaboration and communication which helps all departments work better together.

    Cons

Each team is trying to accomplish so much every year and this can feel stressful at times, but it is fun to look back and see all that your team has done.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the transparency and communication!

I worked at Dwellworks full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great company to work. The executive leaders are friendly and very involved in the company culture.

    Cons

There's not a lot of opportunity for advancement. It is a flat organization and the pay is pretty lackluster.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to develop employees more and to promote from within.

I have been working at Dwellworks part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Only accept programs if you're available.
    Great support from management.
    Progressive

    Cons

Takes 30 days after the program is over to receive compensation.
After 2 years of exceptional service, I'm only receiving $10 more per day (and I had to ask for it)

    Advice to Management

    The DSM's are overworked.

    Pros

Great company! Flexible, work/life balance. Like most of my other teammates, we were very disappointed that they closed the AZ operations. I loved working here, it was one of two of my favorite places to work. My Director, Bob Wisniewski, was AWESOME and the best boss ever!!! Pay and benefits were excellent.

    Cons

    Supply chain/supply management needs improving.

    Advice to Management

    Come back to Arizona!

    Pros

Working with people from all over the world. Freedom to accept or decline orders. Support of managers. Helping international Expats that are very appreciative for the support. Great company!

    Cons

You can not count on a reliable income or benefits. But the freedom of being an independent consultant is worth it if you are not relying on the income or benefits.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

I have been working at Dwellworks full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, friendly coworkers, fair compensation. This is a place where the leadership cares about employees, they will stop and talk with you and ask about your family, holidays, and self. It's large enough that there are opportunities if you work hard and ask for them

    Cons

Most of the cons you will find any medium-sized company. Expectations to work hard- sometimes that means working late, but it's made up for by the perks. Compared to other jobs this is a great one. If it is your first job it might seem rough until your next job

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees, preserve the culture
