Pros
Unlimited PTO, work/life balance, unparalleled benefits, great work atmosphere. You're able to be your own unique self here without being judged. You can bring your dog to work. Super smart colleagues and almost everyone you meet is exceptionally friendly. Never feel micro-managed. Management trusts you to get your work done so if you want to have a beer or play a game of ping pong, you don't feel like you'll be penalized afterwards. Location in downtown Manchester is great! Department teams go out on fun outings just because we've been working hard ex: paintball, bowling, movies. Private cafe on site with delicious food. Free lunch every Tuesday.
Cons
Sure the workload can be crazy at times. Management may be trying to figure out the best strategy for the future of Dyn and may make mistakes along the way but when you look at Dyn overall...this company is unmatched! These people who complain about this places makes me think they've never worked outside of Dyn and are forgetting how unforgiving other companies are. The mundane work environment where everyone looks completely miserable? Not here! I'm all for opinions and other people's point of views but the person below who said we didn't get a bonus this year must not be paying attention to his pay stubs because we've had TWO bonuses this year...the 3rd will be paid out in early 2017...so get your facts straight and don't lie please.

Pros
Great benefits.....Paid medical! great people, paid gym membership, 401k up to 4% match, unlimited PTO free lunch on Tuesdays, phenomenal commute!
Cons
Have not seen any to date...But if had to pick something maybe slow down the growth just a bit so we can support it.

Pros
Benefits package is incredible, actual office space and atmosphere are nearly incomparable, almost everyone walks around with a smile and actually says hello, and the company is doing work that really matters. The solutions Dyn provides can improve the business performance of any company who uses the Internet, and the value that comes with that is well-worth it.
Cons
It is a rollercoaster ride. Dyn is in a growing phase where people need to be prepared with an understanding that as companies get bigger, things change. That's not a bad thing in itself, as long as you don't come to work here with the mindset that it'll be the same company five years from now as it is today.

Pros
The environment is terrific. Collaborative, energized, fast moving and FUN! We are accelerating to greatness fast and I am thrilled to be a part of the growth. 2016 will be a year of transformation on our way to great success in the future.
Cons
None that I can see. Everyone I meet seems to be on the same page and really excited to be contributing to meet our goals. Yes, we all work hard but play hard too!

Pros
It's a fast moving company with smart, caring people who make up a fun team -- exciting work environment. All ideas are heard. Equality is a big deal at Dyn -- everyone has a say. A lot of people who work here really care about this company and want to see it grow. I think we're protective of it in a way, and want to do good work so we can continue to experience what is an exceptional employment situation.
Cons
Hang on tight and stay flexible -- fast growth means new opportunity all the time and ceasing that opportunity means being nimble. Not necessarily a bad thing, just the nature of a growing business.

Pros
Dyn's benefit package is better than any company I have ever worked for. They seem to work hard to ensure the benefits are unique and competitive. It is nice to not have health insurance take a big chunk out of your paycheck. It is also nice to have a gym onsite, dog-friendly workspaces, a cafe 100 feet from my desk and an opportunity to take a break and play some arcade games. Unlimited paid time off was hard to understand at first, but I love being able to take time off as I need it and not have to worry about ensuring I have "earned" the time first. This is a great model that I recommend everywhere! But Dyn is not all fun and games. We do work and we work hard. It is a growing company which means there are a lot of things to do. I like being busy and creative and Dyn affords me that opportunity. It is fun to be a direct contributor to such impressive growth.
Cons
Dyn is growing and changing, and as we all know, change is HARD!! Many of the negative reviews I see are because people have a hard time adjusting to the frequent changes that happen so Dyn can continue to evolve. Change may happen a bit too often here, though. But I think that the reason it does is because Dyn doesn't like to be stuck with a decision they made if it isn't working. They are okay with changing it and moving on. This can be very hard for people who are much more used to the tried-and-true, steady-eddy companies that take an act of Congress to make any changes there. Decisions seem to be siloed a bit in upper management. Lower levels of management don't seem to be able to effect much change. I can't say I am super-surprised with this because it has been this way at all the other companies I have worked for as well.
