        Pros

There wasn' t any jobs back home so I had to do what I had to do to save my house. The only Pros. was I saved my house.

        Cons

Worked 84 hours a week or more. No time and half for anything worked over 8 or 40 hours a week. The rate of pay was horrible I felt a shame to tell anyone how many hours a week I was working and how much money I was bring home. I put my life on the line to work in a war zone and got paid peanut shells. DynCorp has no respect for there employee's. The health insurance was so expensive I had to go with out for me and my family.

The last company I worked perm with laid me off, and I'm trying to decide the best way to word it. What I currently say doesn't elicit negative feedback. What I currently say: The company determined that they had an immediate need for someone with a higher-level skill set in my position, so they laid me off. What my spouse (who has been a hiring manager) recommends I say: The company decided to restructure my position, and I was assured it wasn't performance related. Thoughts? Thank you.
