    Pros

    never let any financial problems as issues to stop reaching company goals or staff needs prompt actions are always taken in spot

    Cons

    some times due to nature of war zone subcontractors will give wrong pictures and image about true company goals

    take care more to staff needs and inquire more deep management qualifications

    Pros

    Good working group, very experienced and knowledgeable subject matter experts, company has new CEO that is innovative, expanding business platforms, and looking to increase overseas partnerships.

    Cons

    CEO, CFO, VP and Upper management are discontented from middle and lower management and staff personnel. On-site visits are rehearsed, political, and disingenuous. High turnover, low morale, and no promotion opportunities.

    Advice to Management

    Start investing in your number one assets "employees". Perform focus group with CEO and CFO and middle and low staff management personnel. It will be an open opener for Lou!!
