    - Salary is decent
    - good middle management; there are some good middle managers throughout the organization.
    - good opportunities for those just starting their career

    Cons

    - bad upper management; the company consistently makes poor decisions; They over pay upper management and under pay talent.
    - poor culture and morale within the organization; the company is a dinosaur and still operates as one.

    Advice to Management

    update work space, get rid of the cubicles encourage collaboration. Stop wasting money on those that provide 0 value to the organization and start rewarding those that do. Offer something unique to get employees motivated to come into the office.

    Management, good ole boy, it's a man's world. Hard for women to get promoted.

    More unexpected lead visits from Fort Worth, talk to the people more to see how they are really being treated.

    Great Salary, by CBA negotiators

    Cons

    Aging work force, because of the Union, younger more qualified military workers are often laid laid off. The system is screwed, unless the largely over 50, non computer savvy work force problem is delt with.

    Advice to Management

    Buy themout! Get rid of the unqualified managers given jobs by friends, with no documentation to prove their positions. Challenging the Union for proof of qualified schools attended by workers. Positions should not be given by seniority only is also a problem
