I worked at DynCorp International full-time

    Pros

Benefits and pay scale are above average. I worked out of country and had a small problem with logistics at first. Upper management was quick to help solve my problem. Good company to work for.

    Cons

None comes to mind. I did hear of a co-worker having some issues with a medical claim. Pay could always be a little more, especially in a hostile environment.

    Advice to Management

Continue to treat employees with respect and help them whenever you can. I would love to join the team again if the right contract or position opens up.
