    Like the people, the work is interesting and keeps you busy, the pay is good

    Cons

    Too many lay-offs, favoritism, won't advance unless a manager favors you

    You should utilize employees within the company for other positions , as opposed to lay-offs

    Used to have a great health benefits not any more

    Cons

    Management have no clue what they are doing.its a total chaos. We are losing contract because some recruiters can't and will not be able to deliver results. A lot of nepotism still around.

    Get training on how to manage civilians or go retire

    Pros

    Location stability for those that want it, along with traveling road teams for those who want more adventure in their job.

    Cons

    As an employee, even though you are a civilian, your at the whims of the military unit that your team supports.

    Quite letting good talent go, if you support your employees, they will work harder for you
